During the OnVector workshop, we took the opportunity to update the VROOM wall at Calit2/Qualcomm Institute at UCSD with the latest version of SAGE2.

Showing how to run web applications in SAGE2 webviews, in particular Emperor (an interactive next generation tool for the analysis, visualization and understanding of high throughput microbial ecology datasets).

Pictures here with Larry Smarr, Yoshiki Vazquez-Baeza working on Emperor, and John Graham working on PRP.
