April 25-27, 2019 (PRAGMA 36). The PRAGMA organization (Pacific Rim Applications and Grid Middleware Assembly) held its 36th bi-annual meetings in Jeju, South Korea.

Maxine Brown attended; she is a founding member of PRAGMA and an Ex-Officio Members of the Steering Committee. SAGE2 advancements were developed and presented by user sites.

SAGE2 was mentioned several times. In particular, University of Florida Gainesville and Osaka University showcased work they did using SAGE2.

Osaka University associate professor Yoshiyuki Kido gave a presentation on “High-Resolution Streaming Functionality in SAGE2 Screen Sharing” (for which he had a published paper
(DOI: 10.1007/978-3-030-12385-7_30) and “Design and Implementation of High Frame Rate tiled-display wall (TDW) middleware for Low-Spec Computers,” for which is there is not yet a publication.
